“Cussing” understood

When you encounter an electrical “ouch”, foul language sometimes is used to express pain.   In the following video at the “Barbarian Challenge”, the runners were running through low voltage electrically charged tentacles.  They were a short distance from the microphone, but you could still hear an occasional expression of pain.

  1. Wendell K Says:

Language is nothing but a metaphor for emotional expression. Regardless of the word/phrase used, it’s the underlying emotion (and inflection) that holds the most importance in understanding what someone is trying to communicate. The words themselves are nothing but patterns of lines and curves that hold little or no substance until spoken.
