Bones on the lawn

Faux bones on the lawn in our Smyrna, Georgia neighborhood as neighbors decorate for Halloween.  It’s another way times have changed since the dinosaur days of my youth.  It really was TRICK or treat when I was a child.   I’m not implying that those times were better, but they certainly were less expensive.  This homeowner may be attempting to entertain you, perhaps frighten the children with both fake giant spiders and the skinny skeletons.   But in today’s world of so  many sophisticated methods of projecting frightening images, I doubt these relatively tame displays have any scarring effects.  BOO!
