Longest in awhile

Al Toll Masters-Macon, Georgia

There was a time when it was not unusual for me to run two marathons (26.2 miles) in a weekend, but no more.    My usual distance now is a 5K (3.1 miles) with an occasiional 10K (6.2 miles).   Today (Saturday) in Macon, Georgia, I attempted a 15K (9.3) miles.  Would my body, particularly my cardio-vascular system, be able to handle it?  After almost 3 hours, I stumbled across the finish line.  God got me through it.  My mind thinks I could do  marathons again, but my body is not convinced.
