On the ground

On the ground on primary day in Georgia is this candidate’s sign.   Georgia law prohibits campaiging within 150 feet of a polling place.
Don’t know whether the person who put  the sign on the ground thought that would comply with the law, but it’s still easily seen.  On the other hand, someone supporting the candidate may have lowered the sign ostensibly to comply with the law.  A friend and I combined our-walk run with our primary balloting.  My friend was irritated that a televison crew (not WSB-Television) was setup inside the polling place.  He feared the camera could see how people were voting.   He called state and local authorities to complain.   My friend says they told him they would send someone to investigate.
