Recovery time

After wobbling near the end of the 9.3 mile run Saturday in the mountains of north Georgia, I figured I’d be recovered and steady after a good night’s sleep.  I was not.    It’s a lesson I’ve been reluctant to accept.   The older you get, the longer it takes to recover from fatigue or injury.   Thank God that  “whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
