Watch, Participate, but don’t talk

The world’s most gifted athletes are a pleasure to watch.  Participants in recreational sports often benefit from their participation.   I’m particularly familiar with recreational runners.   You   can see how it benefits the participants’ bodies  and outlook on life.   They seem to feel better.  I know I do.  Watching and listening to announcers interviewing gifted athletes doesn’t make me feel good.   I’m grateful for the mute button.
