Labor Day weekend brings us several races. They began Friday evening with the “Midnite Flight” in Anderson, South Carolina. This year, I’m skipping the 5K/10K about a 2-hour drive northeast of Atlanta. However, God willing, Saturday morning, I’ll travel 40 miles southwest to the “Sunrise on the Square” 5K in Newnan, Georgia. Why do I do it? Because it makes me feel good! Goodnight!
