A short work week…

We’re approaching a holiday that is celebrated primarily in Canada and the United States. Thanksgiving is observed on the second Monday in October in Canada. It’s the fourth Thursday in November in the United States. There are similar holidays in other countries. Most Thanksgivings are based on religious or cultural beliefs. However, it’s become more of a secular holiday claimed by merchants to sell more stuff. Nevertheless, it means a three-day work week for most folks. For that and other blessings from God, many of us are indeed thankful.
