Returning…..

It felt SO good to return to the races after more than a 4-month absence. Still recuperating from open-heart valve surgery, but am optimistic about the future. This picture is from near the finish at the “Turkey Trot” 5K a few miles outside of downtown Cartersville, Georgia. The race site is about 40 miles northwest of Atlanta. Hallelujah for my return, and thanks to all of you for your encouragement.
